Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- To perform products setup (customers’ sites, showroom and workshop)
- To fulfil customer’s requirement during product setup
- To provide after-sales service for product, including troubleshooting for product issue
- To liaise with sales team to determine technical requirements and develop solutions
- To customize specialized applications according to customer needs
- To keep showroom’s products in good condition
- To drive sales growth by supporting the sales team and communicate effectively with customers
- Any ad hoc task assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Possess own vehicle and willing to travel.
- Proficiency speaking in Mandarin as need to liaise with our mandarin speaking customers.
